How to Set Up Your Profile
Add your name, photo, and bio so buyers and sellers know who they're dealing with.
Go to My Profile
Sign in and go to My Account → My Profile in the left navigation.
Add a profile photo
Click the camera icon on your avatar. Choose a photo from your device — JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB. A clear headshot or logo works best. Your photo appears next to your listings and messages.
Set your display name
Enter the name you want others to see. This can be your real name, a business name, or a nickname. It's shown on your listings, reviews, and messages — and it's one of the fields you'll need before you can connect a payout account, so choose one you're happy to trade under.
Write a short bio
A few sentences about who you are or what you sell goes a long way. Buyers trust sellers with complete profiles. Mention your specialty, how long you've been selling, or what makes your shop unique.
Set your location
Choose your country first, then your state or province, then your city. Your city and state help buyers find local sellers near them. Your country matters most if you plan to sell: it's the country your payout account is created in, it can't be changed afterwards, and payouts aren't available everywhere yet — the Connect Account page will tell you where yours stands.
Save your changes
Click "Save profile" at the bottom of the form. Your profile updates immediately and is visible to anyone on Stonefjord. If you plan to sell, four things must be filled in before you can connect a payout account: your display name, phone number, country, and a complete address. The address is all-or-nothing — street, city and postal code have to be filled in together, or the form will ask you to complete them.
