Stonefjord is a community marketplace where local sellers list goods, services, and events. Buyers browse, discover, and purchase from real people in their community — all handled securely through the platform.
Three ways to buy and sell
Stonefjord has three sections: Local Market for goods (clothing, furniture, handmade items), Local Services for service providers (cleaning, tutoring, photography), and Local Events for tickets and experiences in your area.
Safe, secure transactions
All payments are processed by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Stonefjord never stores your card details. Sellers are paid out to their connected bank account 7 days after each sale (longer if a refund or dispute is open on it).
Free to browse, simple to join
Browsing Stonefjord is always free, and creating an account takes under a minute. You don't need a credit card to browse, to message a seller, or to publish while you have free listings — finish payout setup and you get 25 free listings every month. Every sale you make earns you another free listing that never expires, so many sellers never pay to publish at all. You'll need a card to buy something, and to publish once you have no free listings left. Buyers pay a small platform fee at checkout, and sellers pay a fee on each sale; Help Center → Fee Structure has the exact rates and a calculator.
