How to Contact a Seller
Send a message to any seller or event host before or after purchasing.

Open a listing
Find the listing or event you're interested in and click it to open the detail page.

Click "Message seller"
Scroll to the seller section and click "Message seller" or "Ask the seller". This opens a message form.

Type your message and send
Write your question and click Send. It appears in the seller’s Stonefjord inbox — marked unread until they open it — and they reply from there. You’ll get an email when they reply, and you can turn those off under Inbox messages in your profile settings.

Where replies appear
All messages are in My Account → Messages.
