Boost Your Listing

Pay-on-sale advertising: choose a rate from 2–10%, appear in Sponsored slots, and pay only when something sells.

1

What Boost is

Boost is optional advertising for your listing. You choose an ad rate between 2% and 10%. While Boost is active, your listing appears in Sponsored slots around Stonefjord — and you pay your chosen rate on each sale's proceeds. No sales, no cost. There's no upfront charge and no monthly fee.

2

Where your listing appears

Sponsored cards appear at every 4th position in browse and trending results, always marked with a Sponsored badge, and only to shoppers whose search and filters your listing already matches. Boost never changes the organic order of results — sponsored placement is additional visibility, not a re-ranking.

3

What it costs

Your chosen rate applies to the same amount as the seller fee: item price plus shipping, never tax. It's deducted from your payout alongside the standard seller fee — you'll see it as its own line. There is no minimum Boost fee: 2% of a small sale is exactly 2%. If an order is fully refunded, the Boost fee is returned with it.

4

Your first $5 is free

The first time you enable Boost, Stonefjord grants you a $5 promotion credit. It's applied automatically against your first Boost fees, never expires, and can't be exchanged for cash. Your remaining credit is shown on the Boost card.

5

Choosing a rate, and turning it off

A higher rate gives your listing more weight in the Sponsored rotation. Most sellers start at 3% and adjust from results. You can change your rate or turn Boost off anytime — it takes effect immediately, and you're never charged for sales made while Boost was off.

You're all set!
