How to Delete a Listing
Remove a listing you no longer want to sell.
Go to My Listings
Sign in, go to My Account → My Listings.
Find and delete the listing
On the My Listings page, find the listing you want to remove and click the trash icon in its row. Confirm when prompted.
Listing removed
Your listing is immediately removed from Stonefjord. This action cannot be undone.
Listings with sales cannot be deleted
If anyone has already bought from this listing — including event tickets — deletion is blocked and you are pointed at pausing it instead. Pausing removes it from browse straight away while keeping the record of what people bought. The same applies while a service request on it is accepted or paid.
What happens to fees
Any one-time listing fee you already paid is not refunded — it bought publication, and publication happened.
