How to Connect Your Bank Account
Set up payouts so you can receive money from sales.
Go to Payouts
Sign in, click "My Account", then "Connect Account" in the left navigation. (The page itself is headed Payouts & Bank Account.)
Click "Connect your bank account"
Click the "Connect your bank account" button. This opens Stripe's secure embedded onboarding.
Complete Stripe onboarding
Stripe will ask for your personal details and bank account information. This is required by financial regulations. Stonefjord never sees your banking details — everything goes directly to Stripe.
Verification
Stripe verifies your identity and bank account, which typically takes a few minutes to a few hours. You'll receive an email when your account is approved.
Start receiving payouts
Once connected, your earnings from sales are paid to your bank account automatically on Stripe's schedule — currently about 2 days after each sale. The exact timing is set by Stripe against your account, not by Stonefjord, and can change if Stripe reviews the account.
